1. What event spaces are available to rent?

We offer two rental spaces at Salisbury Camping:

  • The Lodge – An indoor event space available for hourly rental

  • The Pavilion – An outdoor space available for hourly rental  

 

2. What is included in my rental time?

Your rental time includes all setup, decorating, event time, and cleanup.

You must:

  • Arrive and begin setup at the start of your rental time

  • Be fully cleaned up and out by the end of your rental time

Additional time used before or after your reservation may result in extra charges.

 

3. Can I arrive early to set up?

Early entry is only allowed if the space is available and has been arranged in advance. Additional hourly fees will apply.

 

4. What are the cleanup expectations?

Renters are responsible for leaving the space the way they found it.

Before leaving, you must:

  • Remove all decorations, food, and personal items

  • All trash must be in sealed bags, ready to be disposed of

  • Broom sweep floors

  • Wipe down tables, counters, and surfaces

  • Check restrooms for personal items and trash

Failure to clean may result in additional cleaning fees.

5. What if we use the kitchen?

If you use the kitchen, you must:

  • Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, utensils, and cookware

  • Wipe down all counters, sinks, appliances, and tables

  • Remove all food and beverages

  • Have all trash in bags ready to be removed 

The kitchen must be left in the same condition it was found.

6. Do you provide trash bags or cleaning supplies?

Basic cleaning supplies may be available, but renters are encouraged to bring their own trash bags, paper towels, and cleaning wipes to ensure proper cleanup.

 

7. Are decorations allowed?

Yes, but with restrictions:

  • No nails, screws, staples, or tape that damage walls or surfaces

  • No glitter, confetti, rice, or small debris items

  • Command hooks or painter’s tape are recommended

All decorations must be removed at the end of your rental time.

 

8. Can we bring outside food and catering?

Yes. Outside food and licensed caterers are allowed. Renters are responsible for the cleanup of all food service areas.

 

9. Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol policies:

  • You may be required to obtain a permit

  • A licensed bartender may be required

  • No alcohol may be sold without proper licensing

  • Fireworks

  • Glitter or confetti

  • Tape, nails, or fasteners that damage surfaces

  • Hazardous or illegal activities

 

10. What should I do before I leave?

Before leaving, please:
Remove all items and decorations
Gather all trash in bags 
Sweep floors
Clean kitchen (if used)
Wipe surfaces
Turn off lights and appliances
Close and lock doors (if instructed)
